Dr. Richards was a bad prof in my opinion. She did not give us any time to submit the final research paper despite me telling her of my tough circumstances. Her tough grading and lack of sympathy for students cost me my placement in my intended specialization. I would avoid her class at any cost!

Just echoing what everyone else has said -- Kim is a great prof! I will say though that I'm giving 4/5 bc her lectures were not the most engaging. It's mostly just Kim talking to us about a topic I'm not interested in for 50 mins. Regardless, she made the class as easy for her students as she could have, and I'm really glad I took WRDS with her.

Kimberly without a doubt was one of the best profs i had the entire year. I wasn't much interested in oil cultures but she definitely made the class enjoyable. She's also very supportive, helpful and understanding. 10/10 would recommend her if you're scared you're gonna mess up WRDS, cause i def was and i ended up getting an A+.

Dr. Kim is by far the best profs for wrds150b. She is caring and gives great feedbacks and helps you improve. 35% of the grade is just based on completion and participation which makes it really easy to get a good grade in this class.

Extremely kind, put lots of thought unto her students success and alway makes herself available outside of class. She wanted all of her students to get the best mark possible and gave many opportunities to make this a possibility.

Dr. Richards encourages students to ask questions and always provides useful feedback. The Individual Learning Activities (ILAs) were an innovative and beneficial approach to learning. This term, she set one class a week as an asynchronous class which was very useful for students who commute or rather work at their own pace.

Dr. Richards is caring, givesclear feedback, and is always happy to help students. I learned a lot about academic writing from her class. If you have to take this course for your literature requirement, I highly recommend taking it with her. The year that I took it, the topic was "Performance and Power", but I know that she teaches others as well.

She is a nice person, and she made a daunting and dull course like WRDS 150B more tolerable. Compared to other professors', the workload in her class is reasonable and manageable. Kim allowed for a lot of opportunities for feedback which I really appreciated. Love her!

Very good prof! The assignments are very manageable, and she responded to my questions thoroughly whenever I emailed her. She also has very clear expectations, and compared to other English profs I had, she is a blessing. Her class average for semester one, when I took her class, was 81%. I definitely recommend her if your grade is important to you

Kim was a great prof to have for WRDS 150. I was dreading the thought of having to take another English course, but her lectures and assigned homework were all very manageable. Furthermore, she was very kind and understanding about my questions and concerns and gave great feedback.

One of the nicest professors I had this semester! She is super nice, understanding and chill. The topic of oil cultures was honestly not that bad. A very manageable amount of homework as well (which goes nicely if you are in engineering and do not want to juggle even more ludicrous amounts of homework). Would 9999999% reccomend.
