Great school. Great principal. School needs an aesthetic refresh, as the other schools in the district are much nicer and newer looking. Great clubs and music program. Could use more involvement and communications from counseling department. Students could be told more about the abundant resources and help available to them through the school for academics, college planning, etc. Overall a great school!

I really enjoyed attending WVHS. There is definitely a lot of school spirit, and a lot of kids get really involved with activities and school events. I would say the main downside is the age of the facilities; the school is really old and just needs updating. Also, the food isn't great and some teachers are definitely underqualified.
